Village regulations had kept that period to just two weeks before an election, and the new rule is in line with the Town of Aurora's code. Speed Skating Program Weighed, OK'd (East Aurora Advertiser) Speed skating will be the newest program offered by the Town of Aurora Department of Parks and Recreation, and training sessions will take place at the Time Warner Cable Classic Rink on Riley Street.
